Who to contact

If you have a query regarding your child’s transition please contact main reception in the first instance, either by telephone or the main school email address.  Your query will be forwarded to the most appropriate member of staff.

Who to contact when my child starts school

All members of staff can be contacted by leaving a message through the main school number (0117 4565900) or via the main school email address (see above).

If you have a pastoral concern then your child’s Tutor will be your first port of call.  If your query can not be sufficiently addressed through your child’s Tutor then we may pass this query through to their Head of House.  

If your query relates to a particular subject this will be addressed by your child’s teacher for that subject.  Complaints about a particular subject may be addressed by the Curriculum Team Leader.
